As we approached a small hut, as we had many times before, we saw a man and woman tending to their chickens. They grabbed us a chair and sat us in the shade, as we had been walking a long way. We told them “I have come from America to tell you the good news about Jesus Christ!” Dianne Biggenheimer and I told her about the story of God, how he loves each one of us, and died on the cross to save us from our sins. After we finished the story and the Assistant Bishop Emmanuel Makala asked if they would like to be baptized. She turned to us and said she had a dream we were coming. The night before she dreamed that a cinema was to be playing, (much like the one we show in the villages at night) and that worshipers of God would be here to talk to her and her family. We told her that we were to play a cinema that night in the village, and the Lord had called her to be there (Mungu ana eeta, God is calling). They were baptized and became an evangelist for us, we walked hand in hand to tell others about the good news of Jesus Christ.”
