A big welcome in Shinyanga for the elect bishop Dr. DANIEL MONO
Happiness and celebration have ruled Shinyanga! Believers of KKKT South East Diocese of Lake Victoria have come out in large numbers to receive with great respect the elected Bishop of the Diocese of Mwanga, Dr. Daniel Henry Mono, who has been chosen to serve the church in this great position.
The convoy of church leaders, pastors, and believers met him outside the city of Shinyanga with joy, and praise, in an event full of God’s love and blessings.
Speaking with great emotion, Bishop-elect Dr. Mono says he did not expect such a big reception.
I honestly didn’t expect something like this, but I thank God for how He has brought me through His ministry and now calling me again to serve in this greater space. “
At the event, Bishop Dr. Nzelu and retired Bishop Dr. Emmanuel Makala congratulated and blessed him, stressing him to work hard and prepare the next generation of church leaders.
Dr. Mono was elected as the second elected Bishop of the Diocese of Mwanga on March 10, 2025, while continuing his service in Burundi. God has taken him for his work, taking the position left by the first bishop, Chediel Sendoro, who died in the year 2024
