It was a joy to work with this team of 14. Yes, it was many, but we had 6 team members that had been to Tanzania before. The team of 14 divided into two teams to spread into different Districts to cover more area. With the Holy Spirit guiding us all the way, God truly transformed us as we learned from our brothers and sister through a cross-cultural mission.
We worked in Gininiga, Lyabukandle, Mwakitolyo, Mwakipoya, Busangi, and Mwakuhenga Villages. (Solwa, Kishapu, Msalala, and Kahama East Districts).
Over 1,200 were baptized along with gifts of cases of Swahili Bibles, LOVE, 3 new piki piki’s (motorcycles) for newly ordained pastors, chairs and tarps for worship services under trees, HUGS, 12 mission soccer balls, cross necklaces, SMILES, games for children at Agape and Albino school, clothing, PRAYERS, Pastor robes and stoles, and many NEW FRIENDS were made!
Thank you, Lord, for each team member and may God continue to lift their lives up to serving others!
