The Theological Symposium of the South East of Lake Victoria Diocese of The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (SELVD-ELCT) has almost completed. Today we talked about the issues around the Office of the Holy Ministry. The committee added another one and a half hours Q&A session tomorrow morning. Eagerness to learn and discuss the Word of God is very strong here. And Bishop Makala’s confessional and pastoral leadership is impressive. There will be a commencement of the Third Cohort of the certificate of theology programs in pastoral studies and in deaconess studies next. The Word of the Lord grows here!
